On March 18, 2021, the Embassy hosted a meeting between Chargé d'Affaires of Kyrgyzstan in Italy E. Isakov and Fulvio Martuscello, Member of the European Parliament, Chairman of the Friendship Group of the European Parliament with the countries of Central Asia and Mongolia.
During the meeting, the Member of the European Parliament was provided with information about the opening of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Rome in August 2020, the current work of the diplomatic mission and further plans to expand bilateral cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Italy across the entire spectrum of the cooperation agenda.
