On March 26, 2021, at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Italy, a meeting was held between the Chargé d'Affaires of the Kyrgyz Republic in Italy, Ermek Isakov, and students from Kyrgyzstan studying at universities in Rome.
During the meeting, students were provided with information about the ongoing work of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Italy, and further prospects for holding cultural events in the future were discussed. An exchange of views took place on the existing issues of the stay and life of Kyrgyz students in Italy, obtaining permits, the form of education at an Italian university and many other topics.
The students were informed about the upcoming referendum on April 11, 2021 on amending the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic and the work of Polling Station No. 9033 at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Italy. The importance of the participation of the young generation of Kyrgyzstan in important political events of the country was noted.
