On November 16, 2021, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with the leadership of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World (TDMMB), headed by Mr. Ilyas Demirci, Secretary-General of this Union.

During the meeting, Mr. Demirci informed Ambassador Omuraliev regarding the Union and its activities, as well as regarding the planned visit to Kyrgyzstan to discuss the possibilities of implementing projects in the field of hydropower, construction, industry, etc.

Ambassador Omuraliev expressed gratitude for the interest shown in Kyrgyzstan and readiness to assist in establishing cooperation and organizing meetings in Kyrgyzstan for the implementation of investment projects. He informed the TDMMB members regarding the investment opportunities in Kyrgyzstan, incl. on a 15-year guarantee from the state for the purchase of electricity from small hydroelectric power plants, liberal legislation for capital, the possibility of duty-free export of 6,200 and 3,200 goods under the GSP + and GSP programs from the EU and the USA, respectively, and noted the 190 million EAEU market, where it is possible duty-free export of products manufactured in the Kyrgyz Republic.

By the decision of TDMMB, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev was awarded the title of Honorary Member of the Union of Engineers and Architects of the Turkic World.
