On April 14, 2022, Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with students from the Kyrgyz Republic studying at Turkish universities.

During the meeting issues of protecting the rights and interests of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey were discussed.

Ambassador Omuraliev informed about the implemented and planned joint projects with the Turkish side.

In turn, the students expressed their gratitude to the Embassy for its active work. They positively noted the work to inform citizens about the measures taken by the authorities of the countries and organize charter flights to return citizens to the Kyrgyz Republic, during the coronavirus pandemic.

Also, students informed about the establishment of the Union of Kyrgyz Students in Ankara and expressed hope for further joint work with the Embassy particularly in holding various cultural events.

The Head of the Kyrgyz diplomatic mission called on students, as representatives of the Kyrgyz Republic, to actively participate in cultural events organized by the Embassy.
