For renunciation of citizenship, citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic permanently residing in Pakistan need to provide following documents in triplicate (one original and two copies) to consular section of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic:

1. Application Form addressed to the President of the Kyrgyz Republic 

2. Two colored photographs of 4x6 cm size, full face, without a headdress;

3. Detailed Autobiography - original + 2 copies;

4. Passport of the Kyrgyz Republic - 3 copies

5. ID Card of the Kyrgyz Republic - 3 copies;

6. Birth Certificate - 3 copies;

7. Certificate of marriage (termination) - 3 copies;

8. Residence Permit (certificate of residence) or temporary registration - 3 copies;

9. Birth Certificates of children, documents on custody or guardianship, deprivation of parental rights - 3 copies;

10. Original certificate from Tax Authority of the Kyrgyz Republic (from applicant’s latest residence location in the Kyrgyz Republic) on absence of tax liabilities + 2 copies;

11. Payment deposit slip of official fee of $350 + 2 copies;

12. If the applicant has a spouse who is a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, he/she is required to submit a statement of spouse’s consent to renounce citizenship of the Kyrgyz Republic of the applicant + 2 copies;

13. If applicant renounces citizenship of his/her minor children along with her/his citizenship, following documents need to be submitted: notarized consent of a parent to renounce or retain the child’s citizenship if one of the parents or guardians remains a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic + 2 copies; - notarized consent of children aged 14 to 16 years on renunciation of citizenship + 2 copies.
