On April 24, 2023, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Belgium and the European Union A. Erkin took part in a large-scale diplomatic event - a reception for the diplomatic corps of Brussels and distinguished guests, including Prince Laurent of Belgium.

The diplomatic reception was organized at Castle Ter Ham and was dedicated to the publication of the 70th anniversary issue of the Diplomatic World magazine, which published the article “Kyrgyzstan is a country of nomads and heavenly mountains”, written by diplomats of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in the Kingdom of Belgium.

The guests of the event had a great opportunity to get acquainted with the tourism potential of Kyrgyzstan, the attractiveness of summer, winter, mountain and ethnic tourism, as well as taste the dishes of the Kyrgyz national cuisine, cuisine of Central Asian countries and Mongolia.
