In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic H.E. Sadyr Japarov, September 19, 2022 was declared the Day of National Mourning.

The armed conflict that took place from 14-17 September 2022 in the Kyrgyz-Tajik section of the state border in the Batken region resulted in the death of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic.

On September 19, 2022, the Book of Condolences is open at the Consulate General of the Kyrgyz Republic in Dubai and the Northern Emirates from 10 AM to 06:00 PM.
