2009 - Higher courses for screenwriters and directors (workshop of Vladimir Khotinenko, Pavel Finn, Vladimir Fenchenko).

Labor activity:

1996-1998 - director of "ACCHEKEY";
1994-1996 — lawyer-consultant of PKF "SHER";
1998-2004 - assistant to the deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2004-2007 - Deputy Akyikatchy of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2010 - Minister of Culture and Information of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2012-2013 - co-chairman of the political party "Zamandash-Contemporary";
Since October 2015, he has been a deputy of the Jogorku Kenesh of the sixth convocation from the Ata Meken party. 
In June 2021, he was appointed Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to France and Permanent Representative of Kyrgyz Republic to UNESCO.
