On November 18, 2021, Mr. Erlan Abdyldaev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Kingdom of Norway with residence in Berlin, presented his credentials to King Harald V of Norway.

During the audience at the Royal Palace, Ambassador Mr. Erlan Abdyldaev conveyed greetings and best wishes on behalf of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr. Sadyr Zhaparov.

The Ambassador informed about the current political situation in the Kyrgyz Republic, the main directions of political and economic reforms, and also confirmed his readiness to make every effort to develop comprehensive mutually beneficial cooperation between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kingdom of Norway in bilateral and multilateral formats.

The sides also exchanged views on the main issues of political, trade, and economic cooperation between the countries, discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of energy and renewable energy sources, as well as plans for a joint celebration in 2022 of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Kingdom of Norway.

At the end of the meeting, King Harald V of Norway wished Ambassador Mr. Erlan Abdyldaev success in his diplomatic activities.
