On February 6, 2024, in Munich, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany Omurbek Tekebaev with a member of the Board, Head of the Department of International Relations, Industry and Innovation of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Munich and Upper Bavaria, Christoph Angerbauer.

Ambassador O.Tekebaev noted the need for further interactions between representatives of the business communities of Bavaria and Kyrgyzstan, and also proposed holding a joint business forum in Munich in the fall of 2024.

During the meeting, the Parties constructively discussed issues of expanding economic cooperation between Bavaria and the Kyrgyz Republic, including issues of holding joint events and mutual visits.
