On March 14, 2023, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of India Askar Beshimov presented copies of his credentials to the Chief of the Protocol Department of the Ministry of External Affairs of India Mr. Anshuman Gaur.

During the conversation, topical issues of further development of the traditionally friendly Kyrgyz-Indian relations of strategic partnership were discussed with an emphasis on the tasks of building up multifaceted mutually beneficial cooperation, including maintaining an active political dialogue.

The parties agreed to maintain close contacts on the preparation of the organizational and protocol part of the upcoming high-level and top-level visits under India's chairmanship in the SCO.
