At the invitation of Marwah Studios and the Noida International Film and Television Club, the Kyrgyz Embassy in India took part in the 13th Global Film Festival, which was held in virtual format from November 26 to 28, 2020.

The event was supported by the International Chamber of Media and Entertainment Industry - ICMEI, and Kyrgyzstan is a partner of the festival in the framework of the Indo-Kyrgyz Cultural Forum.

In her speech, a representative of the Embassy spoke about the history of the development of Kyrgyz cinematography, about the place of Kyrgyz cinema in world cinematography, about the role and significance of the work of the Kyrgyz writer Chingiz Aitmatov in the formation of Kyrgyz cinema, as well as about the prospects of Kyrgyz-Indian relations in the field of cinematography.
