On March 17, 2021 at the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) premises in Tehran a Festival devoted to the celebration of the New Iranian Year of 1400, new century and the Feast of  Nowruz took place.
       The festivities were attended by the President of the Academy (Farhangestan) of Persian language and literature, “Saadi” Literary Foundation, former Speaker of Majlis (Parliament) of the Islamic Republic of Iran, His Excellency Academician Gholam-Ali Haddad-Adel, President of the ECO Cultural Institute (ECI) Dr. Sarvar Bakhti, Ambassadors of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) member-states in Iran, a number of eminent personalities of  science and culture of Iran. On behalf of Kyrgyzstan the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Iran Avazbek Abdurazakov has participated in the Festival of Nowruz.
      At the Nowruz Festival’s exhibition the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Tehran has introduced Kyrgyz traditional handicrafts and souvenirs, Kyrgyz traditional outerwear and Kyrgyz food and sweets.
    Also, few documentary films about the culture and traditions of the Kyrgyz people as well as opportunities of tourism in Kyrgyzstan have been demonstrated to the guests of the Nowruz Festival.
