On June 8, 2022, at the initiative of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Iran, a meeting was held between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Iran, Turdakun Sydykov, and the Director of the School of International Relations at the Institute of International Political Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, Dr. Hadi Suleymanpuur.

The Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in Iran T. Sydykov, within the framework of the Memorandum signed in 2019 between the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after Kazy Dikambaev and the Institute of International Political Studies of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran, proposed to resume the organization of diplomatic courses for students of the Diplomatic Academy under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as to consider the organization of diplomatic internships for junior diplomatic staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In turn, the Director of the School of International Relations at the Institute of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran Hadi Suleimanpuur supported the proposal of the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic and expressed the interest of the School of International Relations of the Institute of Foreign Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran in organizing and holding mutual events, including the organization of diplomatic courses and internships for junior diplomatic staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Iran. , as well as in the exchange of experience of the teaching staff of the diplomatic educational institutions of the two countries.

Within the framework of this meeting, the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation in the field of education, culture, as well as in the organization of diplomatic courses and training of diplomatic personnel on a reciprocal basis.
