At the 17th International Exhibition of Tourism and Related Industries (TITE 2024), held on February 12-13 this year in Tehran a delegation led by Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Economy and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic K. Kenzhematova took part. The international exhibition TITE-2024 opened with a speech by President of Iran E. Raisi, Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts of Iran E. Zarghami, governors of the provinces of Iran, as well as other guests of the event. At the site of the Tehran Tourism Exhibition on February 13, 2024, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Iran together with the Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Economics and Commerce of the Kyrgyz Republic organized a briefing presentation and B2B sessions with the participation of the Deputy Minister of Cultural Heritage, Tourism and Crafts of Iran A. Darabi, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Iran T. Sydykov, Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Economy and Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic K. Kenzhematova, General Director for Marketing and Development of International Tourism of the Ministry of Culture of Iran M. Shojai, as well as representatives of the media, travel companies and business communities of Iran. During the briefing, there was a presentation about the tourism opportunities of Kyrgyzstan, types of recreation, cultural, historical and geographical attractions of the country, the screening of thematic videos, as well as B2B meetings with representatives of travel companies and business communities of Iran. The participants of the event were presented with booklets and brochures about tourism opportunities and attractions of Kyrgyzstan. Also, in the framework of this event the head of the Kyrgyz delegation K. Kenzhematova and Ambassador T.Sydykov presented for participants information about the successful development of the tourism sector of Kyrgyzstan, answered questions from journalists and also invited representatives of travel companies, bloggers and business structures of Iran to visit the Kyrgyz Republic and get acquainted with the tourist regions and attractions of the country.
