June 13, 2019, in Doha, by the initiative of the Kyrgyz side, Avazbek Atakhanov, Charge d'Affaires of the Kyrgyz Republic in the State of Qatar met with Ambassador Khalid Ibrahim Al-Hamar, Director of Asian Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.

The parties discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic, investment and cultural-humanitarian fields, including the organization of high-level visits.
