On March 3, 2020 in Nur-Sultan the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Kazakhstan Zh.Kulubaev was received by D.Nazarbayeva, Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

During the conversation, the parties discussed pressing issues of bilateral political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, as well as further strengthening of inter-parliamentary cooperation between the two countries.

Ambassador Zh.Kulubaev especially emphasized the interlocutor’s attention on the issues of interaction between the two countries within the framework of the EAEU, including the removal of existing barriers on the Kyrgyz-Kazakh border.

The parties also noted the importance of implementing the agreements reached during the state visit of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan K.Tokayev to the Kyrgyz Republic on November 27, 2019.

Ambassador Zh.Kulubaev conveyed the message of the Torag to the Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic D.Dzhumabekov with an invitation to visit the Kyrgyz Republic on an official visit in the near future.
