On July 13, 2022, the Women's Development Forum was held in Beijing under the slogan "30th Anniversary of Relations between China and Central Asia" as part of the IX China and Central Asia Cooperation Forum.

The Forum was attended by Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress of China (NPC PC), Chairman of the All China Women's Federation of the People's Republic of China, Chairman of the Chinese Committee of the SCO Shen Yueyue, Secretary of the Liaoning Provincial CPC Committee, Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Liaoning Provincial People's Congress Zhang Guoqing, Deputy Minister Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China Ma Zhaoxu, SCO Secretary-General Zhang Ming, Heads of diplomatic missions of Central Asia, heads of state organizations for women's affairs and women's organizations, representatives of culture, education, health and science of Central Asia and China.

Kyrgyzstan was represented by Kanaiym Baktygulova, Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic, who in her speech noted that the Kyrgyz Republic has made significant progress in the development of gender equality, the expansion of women's economic opportunities, and also informed about further measures taken by the state in this direction. At the same time, it was emphasized that women in the Kyrgyz Republic play an active role in the political, socio-economic, cultural and humanitarian life of the country.

As a result of the Forum, the Initiative of the Women's Development Forum "30th Anniversary of Relations between China and Central Asia" was published.
