Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev participated in a videoconference of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Trade and Industry Forum

On December 11, 2020, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev took part in a videoconference with members-businessmen of the Turkish part of the Kyrgyz-Turkish Trade and Industrial Forum (TIF) between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB).

During the online meeting, Ambassador Omuraliev informed the participants about the economic situation in Kyrgyzstan and the measures taken in our country to protect and support investors and businessmen, including  the meetings of the heads of the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic with businessmen in Bishkek and  regions. He called on Turkish businessmen to actively invest in our economy.

As a practical step of the aforementioned measures, Kubanychbek Omuraliev noted the extension of the ban on business inspections by the state bodies of the Kyrgyz Republic for another 1 year (until 2022), which will facilitate the activities of businessmen in our country.

Also, the issue of holding the Kyrgyz-Turkish Business Forum in 2021 in the Issyk-Kul region of the Kyrgyz Republic with the participation of businessmen from  two countries was discussed with Turkish businessmen.
