University students have read excerpts from the works of Ch. Aytmatov “When the mountains fall” and “The White Cloud of Genghis Khan” in Ukrainian. A documentary film about Ch. Aytmatov was shown to the participants. The translation author spoke about the content and features of the works of Ch.Aytmatov, which are included in the collection.

Ambassador Zh. Sharipov spoke about the life and work of Ch. Aytmatov, the peculiarities of his works, and also provided information about events held in the Kyrgyz Republic and the world community, including the Embassy on the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the great writer and presented to the library University books of Ch. Aytmatov, translated into Ukrainian.
