On 16^th of October, 2019 Deputies of the Zhogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic K.Imanaliev, R.Mombekov and the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine Zh.Sharipov met with the People's Deputy of Ukraine, the Head of the Committee on the organization of state bodies, local self-government, regional development and construction A.Klochko in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

During the meeting, the parties discussed promising areas and the need to intensify inter-parliamentary cooperation.

The Kyrgyz delegation got acquainted with the innovations of the Verkhovna Rada - the introduction of a digital work format (the process of reviewing bills, voting, etc.).

For reference: deputies of the Zhogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic arrived in Kyiv as part of a working group to study the experience of Ukraine in the declassification of materials and rehabilitation of repressed citizens during the Soviet Union.
