The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic expresses serious concern over the armed clashes in Ukraine on May 2 of this year, which caused dozens of human casualties.

The world community is witnessing new trends in the post-Soviet space, and in all likelihood they require the immediate start of an extended dialogue, rather than the continuation of confrontation.

In this regard, the Kyrgyz Republic calls on the conflicting parties to immediately stop the violence and resolve the crisis through a peaceful negotiation process within the framework of international law and the UN Charter.
