Born February 11, 1958 in the village of Tash-Kuduk, Leninopol district, Talas region, Kyrgyz SSR.

Education:

1975-1976 - Student at the Frunze Polytechnic Institute.

1976-1982 - Student of the Tashkent State University. Major - orientalist-arabist.

Work experience:

1982-1991 - Senior Inspector of the Authorized Council for Religious Affairs under the Council of Ministers of the USSR in Kyrgyz SSR.

1991-1992 - Leading expert, director of a specialized company under the State Committee for Foreign Economic Relations.

1992-1996 - Head of the department of the Middle East at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1996-1997 - Counselor of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey.

1997-1998 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1998-2001 - Counselor of the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Turkey.

2002 – Ambassador-at-Large of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2002-2003 - Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2003- 2005 - 1st Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic

2005 – current - Member of the Foreign Policy Council.

2021 – current – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Hungary.

Fluent in Russian, Arabic, English, Turkish.

Owns a diplomatic rank of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary.
