The Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine on 19^th of March, 2019 took part in the annual celebration of the International Holiday Nooruz, which was organized jointly with the diplomatic missions of Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Iran, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Uzbekistan and the international project “Outlook”.

During the event, the participants and guests were presented the rich cultural heritage of the Kyrgyz people, especially the Kyrgyz cuisine and distributed brochures on tourism and investment opportunities of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The Embassy staff told visitors about the traditions, everyday life, cultural values and applied art of the Kyrgyz people, the meanings of national traditional clothing, and students studying in Ukraine performed songs in the Kyrgyz language.

The corner of the Kyrgyz Republic presented by the Embassy aroused great interest among visitors.
