On February 13, 2023, the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Federal Republic of Germany Mr. Omurbek Tekebaev met with the Chairman of the Board of the West-Eastern Meetings Foundation Ms. Elena Hoffman and the Executive Director of this Foundation Ms. Anna Kaiser.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the activities of the West-East Meetings Foundation, which is aimed at supporting intercultural learning, deepening communication and competence between East and West, and strengthening the commitment of civil society.

The parties discussed issues of holding joint meetings and events in the field of interaction between schools and teachers of the German language, teaching the German language, as well as migration and civil society interaction between the two countries.
