On March 5, 2023, representatives of the Kyrgyz diaspora living in Germany celebrated Ak Kalpak Day. This holiday was attended by Kyrgyz youth from Berlin and the nearby Federal State of Brandenburg.

Compatriots in Ak kalpak on the streets of Berlin, the capital of Germany, aroused the interest of the local population of Germany, who were informed about the significance and role of Ak kalpak in the history and culture of the Kyrgyz people.

During the holiday, poems about Ak kalpak were recited and a Kyrgyz dance was performed. Representatives of the Kyrgyz youth during the holiday were able to communicate with each other in a warm friendly atmosphere.

Ak Kalpak Day was also celebrated by representatives of the Kyrgyz diaspora in the cities of Hamburg, Munich and other cities of Germany.

Such events contribute to the dissemination of information about the Kyrgyz culture and traditions in Germany and the strengthening of ties between representatives of the Kyrgyz diaspora.
