This work is organized in order to receive messages (in text, voice, photo and video formats) 24/7 and provide advice on protection of rights and interests of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic, temporarily or permanently on the territory of foreign countries, as well as reviews of the activities of the international institutions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
