On October 20, 2020, in Doha, Chyngyz Eshimbekov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Qatar met with Ambassador Khalid Ibrahim Al-Hamar, Director of Asian Affairs Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar.

During the meeting, Ambassador Chyngyz Eshimbekov informed about the current internal political situation in the Kyrgyz Republic, noting that the situation in the country has stabilized, political processes are developing in the legal field. He emphasized that all branches of government work in a regular mode and state bodies fulfill their functional duties.

The parties also discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation in the political, trade, economic, investment and cultural-humanitarian fields, including the organization of high-level visits.
