From February 14 to February 16, 2023, in the city of El-Kuwait, with the support of the Ministry of Culture and the Ministry of Youth Affairs of the State of Kuwait, an exhibition called “Heritage Expo-965” is being held, reflecting the national culture of the country, dedicated to the Independence Day of Kuwait.

This exhibition is held with the participation of foreign diplomatic missions, cultural figures, artisans, jewelers and other representatives of various industries, within the framework of which various show programs were held.

In turn, the Embassy took an active part in this event, presenting the Kyrgyz national clothes, food, national production and handicrafts to the guests. Along with this, team of the Embassy performed on the komuz the Kyrgyz national compositions such as “Zhashtar marches”, “Ibarat”, “Nasykat”.

In a special pavilion designed for embassies, visitors of the exhibition tasted Kyrgyz cuisine and got acquainted with Kyrgyz culture, history, and opportunities in the field of tourism. As a result of the exhibition, a number of interested parties placed orders for Kyrgyz products, in particular, the COMPAS travel company offered cooperation.
