By order of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbai Jeenbekov dated March 5, 2019 Miroslav Niyazov was appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
