Dear citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic living in Italy!
 We are pleased to announce that the Embassy has received official permission from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Italy for citizens of Kyrgyzstan to arrive in Rome on April 11, 2021 to participate in the Referendum on the draft Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic".
To do this, citizens of Kyrgyzstan residing in Rome and other regions of Italy must fill out a route sheet (autocertificazione), indicating the reason for their movement - "If necessary - voting in the Referendum of the Kyrgyz Republic on April 11, 2021." (Situazione di necessità- voto Referendum sulle modifice alla Costituzione Kirghizistan- 11 April 2021).
The REFERENDUM on the draft Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic will be held on APRIL 11, 2021 from 8.00 to 20.00 (Italian time) in the building of the Embassy of Kyrgyzstan in Italy at the address: VIA CLITUNNO 2, 00198 ROMA.
 To participate in the voting, it is mandatory to come to the Embassy on April 11, 2021 and have one of the types of national passports of the Kyrgyz Republic with you - an internal passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, a general civil passport of the Kyrgyz Republic, a diplomatic or service passport of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Voting online, remotely or by proxy is not possible in accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
 The final and approved list of voters under PEC No. 9033 at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Italy included 466 citizens of Kyrgyzstan who can vote on April 11, 2021.
