The International EXPO has opened in South Korea, dedicated to wild ginseng and anti-aging industry

On September 10, 2021, in the South Korea the International Wild Ginseng EXPO was opened. The EXPO is dedicated to wild ginseng and the anti-aging industry in general, in which representatives from 13 countries, including Kyrgyzstan, take part.

The EXPO takes place in Hamyang city, which is the birthplace of wild ginseng, and will last until October 10, 2021.

The official opening ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Korea Kim Boo-kyum, Acting Governor of Gyeongsangnam-do Province Ha Byong Pil, Mayor of Hamyang Seo Chun Su, deputies of the National Assembly of South Korea, as well as Ambassadors of five countries, including the Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Korea Dinara Kemelova.

As part of the EXPO, Kyrgyzstan flag was raised and organic products of Kyrgyzstan were exhibited, including honey, dried fruits, dry berries, as well as the Kyrgyz Republic cultural objects.

On October 4, the National Day of Kyrgyzstan will hold on the EXPO during which performances are planned, including a concert with the participation of representatives of the Kyrgyz diaspora, a presentation of the export, investment and tourism representation of Kyrgyzstan.
