Dear compatriots!
We would like to congratulate on the State Language Day of the Kyrgyz Republic!
On September 23, 1989, the Supreme Council of the Kyrgyz SSR adopted the Law "On the State Language of the Kyrgyz SSR." Then, in 2004 the Legislative Assembly of the Jogorku Kenesh renewed the law and gave the Kyrgyz language the status of the state language.
In honor of the State Language Day, we present a film made by the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the United States and Canada.
