On April 10, 2022, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the State of Israel with residence in Ankara, the Republic of Turkey, met with the Minister of Finance of the State of Israel, Avidgor Lieberman.

During the meeting, Ambassador Omuraliev noted the need to develop cooperation between the two countries in the economic sphere, in particular, he suggested considering the possibility of signing an agreement on the avoidance of double taxation and protection of investments, as well as the establishment of a Kyrgyz-Israeli development fund.

In turn, Minister Lieberman expressed willingness to consider the proposal of the Kyrgyz side and noted that the Israeli side is ready to cooperate in the agricultural sector.
