The tomb was built by Sultan Orhan Gazi in 1332 in memory of the Kyrgyz warriors who contributed to the creation of the Anatolian Seljuk. In October 2004, a monument to a warrior with crossed arms by the Kyrgyz sculptor Turgunbay Sadykov was erected in the garden.

The memorial consists of two rooms connected by a small passage. The mausoleum attracts attention with its decoration in typical Byzantine style. There are eight sarcophagi in the tomb: seven adults and one child.
