According to the information of the Department of Tourism under the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, from 23^rd to 25^th of July 2021, on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul in Ton village of  Issyk-Kul region, the Public Fund "Homeland" with the support of the Department of Tourism in partnership with the district administration, Public Association "Destination South Coast", international organizations for the development of culture and art organizes the second annual international music festival "Kol Fest".
