Mr. Kadyrkulov was born January 4, 1971.

Education:

Graduated from the Kyrgyz State National University with a degree in Economics and Organization of Management (1996), Master degree of Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with a degree in Higher School of Public Policy and Management (2015), Master degree of the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic named after. K. Dikambaev with a degree in International Relations (2019).

Work experience:

1994-1988 - Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

1998-2016 – State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2016 - First Deputy Chairman of the State Drug Control Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2016-2018 - The State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

2018-2019 - Chairman of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Since January 25, 2022 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Ukraine.

Married, has three children.
