In order to exercise the electoral rights of citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic residing or located on the territory of Ukraine, the Central Commission for Elections and Referenda of the Kyrgyz Republic approved a polling station at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine (No. 9022).

Since 16^th of July, 2020, the preliminary voter list has been posted on the Tizme portal - https://tizme.gov.kg. Please follow the link and check yourself in the lists.

If any error, inaccuracy is found, or if the voter does not find himself in the preliminary list, it is necessary to apply to the precinct election commission No. 9022 (Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine) by 20^th of September with an application in form No. 1, while the voter passes biometric identification.

Voters who live or will be on the territory of Ukraine on election day, but are not registered with the consular authorities, have the right to submit an application of their intention to vote at the electoral address of a foreign place of residence or stay by submitting an application (in form No. 2). At the same time, the foreign office of the Kyrgyz Republic, upon receipt of an application, registers the voter as a person who has entered the temporary consular register. Such registration is made for the period specified in the voter's application. This must be done no later than 15 calendar days before voting day (before 20^th of September). Consular fees for registration are not charged.

The response to the voter's application is sent no later than 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the application in the form of a paper or electronic message to the address indicated by the voter when submitting the application.

The final list is posted at the polling station 7 days before the vote. Biometric registration can be done at the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic in Ukraine.

To vote, you need to have - a passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic (ID-card) or an ordinary passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic, an official or diplomatic passport.

Elections will take place on 4^th of October, 2020.
