In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic S.Japarov on declaring May 1-2, 2021 the National Mourning Days in the Kyrgyz Republic in memory of citizens who became victims of the armed conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border in the Batken region of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and all diplomatic and consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, the state flags of the Kyrgyz Republic have been lowered and Books of condolences have been opened.

The staff of the diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic grieves and expresses deep condolences to the families and relatives of the victims of the clash.

Authorities and staff of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic decided to transfer one-day wages, the staff of the Ministry also organized the collection of funds. It is planned to send humanitarian aid to support the affected residents of Batken region.
