On May 11, 2023, the Ambassador Erkinbek Osoev met with Chairman of the Kyrgyz-Japanese Association for Cultural Exchange Mr. L.Tadagawa and Director of the company "Jibek jolu" Mr. K. Nobuta.

K. Nobuta informed about the company's activities, as well as plans to distribute Kyrgyz honey in Japan.

L. Tadagawa informed about the activities of the Association and added that he plans to participate in the VII World Epics Festival, which will be held on May 17-21 in the city of Osh.

E. Osoev presented to L. Tadagawa with a Certificate of Honor from the Department of Tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic for his contribution to the popularization of culture and tourism of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The parties agreed to join efforts to promote the cultural and tourism potential of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as Kyrgyz products to the Japanese market.
