Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan Mr. Mirlan ARSTANBAEV met with Mayor of Chuo Ward of Tokyo Mr.Taito YAMAMOTO on July 26, 2019. 

They discussed prospects of deepening cooperation with Chuo Ward on economic, cultural and humanitarian affairs. Mayor Yamamoto told Chuo Ward holds various events with participation of foreign guests as well as diplomatic corps based in Tokyo. He called upon Embassy to take active part in them. Ambassador Arstanbaev, having assured about his readiness for full cooperation, mentioned that the Embassy also has experience of holding business forums, lectures and concerts in the number of wards of Tokyo. Hence, he said it is important to hold events aimed at deepening bilateral Kyrgyz-Japan relations in Chuo Ward too.

Two sides agreed to continue consultations to identify number of joint activities.
