Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic Mr.Chingiz Aidarbekov had a telephone conversation with the Minister for European Neighbourhood and the Americas of the United Kingdom Mrs. Wendy Morton.

Parties discussed the current matters of bilateral cooperation, as well as countries’ efforts to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Minister Chingiz Aidarbekov expressed gratitude to the British side for extending visas to Kyrgyz citizens who remained in the United Kingdom after the cancellation of international flights.

The parties highlighted the importance of enhancing cooperation in the fight against the coronavirus infection and mitigating its impact on socio-economic development.
