On September 8, 2020, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Turkey Kubanychbek Omuraliev met with CEO of the Turkish company producing PCR tests "DS Bio ve Nano Teknolojileri A.Ş." Dinçer Şen.

During the meeting, the parties reached an agreement on the supply of PCR tests to Kyrgyzstan at an affordable price. At the same time, the Turkish company is ready to send its specialists to conduct a week-long training of Kyrgyz specialists and provide QPCR equipment for conducting PCR analyzes, which will subsequently set up a kind of mini-laboratory.

Upon request of Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev, CEO Dinçer Şen expressed his readiness to open a full-fledged laboratory in Kyrgyzstan for conducting PCR testing and equip a mobile laboratory on vehicles for conducting PCR testing in regions of the Kyrgyz Republic.
