On June 16, 2022, Minister of Foreign Affairs Jeenbek Kulubaev visited the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic and held a meeting with its staff.

Addressing the faculty of the Academy, Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev thanked for the important function of training personnel and preserving the history of the development of the diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic, transferring practical experience in diplomatic work to the younger generation.

At the same time, the Minister emphasized that in the current conditions of growing geopolitical tension, the role of the Diplomatic Academy in training personnel capable of becoming the backbone of the country in the future in the foreign policy direction, as well as comprehending the ongoing processes and developing proposals to respond to these challenges, is becoming a very important and demanded task.

During the meeting, Minister Jeenbek Kulubaev focused on issues related to the activities of the Academy, and also outlined priority areas for improving its effectiveness, including improving the quality of the educational process, strengthening research work and analytical support for the practical activities of the diplomatic service of the Kyrgyz Republic.
