On the sidelines of the 77th session of the UN General Assembly in New York on September 23 this year Minister Zheenbek Kulubaev held a bilateral meeting with Minister of Foreign Affairs of Serbia Nikola Selakovic.

During the meeting, an exchange of views took place on the development of bilateral cooperation in various fields, the expansion of the legal framework, the organization of mutual visits, as well as interaction within international organizations.

The parties agreed to maintain close working contacts to further promote mutually beneficial cooperation, expand and deepen bilateral relations.

At the meeting, Minister Zh. Kulubaev also informed his interlocutor about the latest developments on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border, emphasizing Kyrgyzstan's commitment to de-escalation and an unchanged position on resolving contentious issues exclusively by political and diplomatic methods.
