Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Hungary Talantbek Kushchubekov met with the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary Sándor Lezsák

Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kyrgyz Republic to Hungary Talantbek Kushchubekov met with the Vice Speaker of the National Assembly of Hungary Sándor Lezsák. During the meeting, Vice Speaker S. Lezsák  accepted an invitation to take part in the work of the Parliamentary Assembly of Turkic-speaking countries in Cholpon-Ata on June 23-24, 2022.

During the meeting, Ambassador T. Kushchubekov noted that the level of strategic partnership between the two countries is highly dynamic, and good results have been achieved in all areas of bilateral cooperation. The Ambassador expressed hope for further support of parliamentarians and state bodies of Hungary in joint efforts to strengthen and develop cooperation between the two countries.

In turn, the Vice Speaker S. Lezsák  confirmed the importance that Hungary renders to the development of relations with the Kyrgyz Republic. “Relations between our countries are developing dynamically, we are fraternal countries and peoples. It is gratifying that relations between our countries have an upward trend,” S. Lezsák  noted. He invited the Kyrgyz delegation to take part in the upcoming Kurultai of the Turkic peoples, which will be held on August 12-14, 2022 in Hungary.

During the meeting, matters regarding the organization of the Days of Culture of the Kyrgyz Republic in Hungary were also discussed.
