In accordance with the Decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic S.N.Japarov on declaring May 1-2, 2021 the national mourning days in the Kyrgyz Republic in memory of citizens who became victims of the armed conflict on the Kyrgyz-Tajik border in the Batken region of the Kyrgyz Republic, in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic, in all diplomatic and consular offices of the Kyrgyz Republic abroad, the state flags of the Kyrgyz Republic have been flown at half-mast and have been opened books of condolences.
