On July 20, 2022, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan organized online meeting between Education and Science ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic and Japanese companies Seishinsha Co. Ltd and Digital knowledge Co. Ltd. The meeting was attended by Ambassador of the Kyrgyz Republic to Japan Mirlan Arstanbaev, Deputy minister of the Education and Science ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic Ulanbek Mambetakunov, project manager of the Seishinsha Co. Ltd Masahiro Moriya, representative of Digital knowledge Co. Ltd Takahashi Naoki and others.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on the current situation in the field of primary education, and also outlined further plans to deepen cooperation.

In particular, manager of the Seishinsha Co. Ltd Mr. Moriya did a presentation on the organization of extracurricular activities and clubs in primary education in the Kyrgyz language.

Education and Science ministry of the Kyrgyz Republic expressed interest to this project and willingness to make efforts to implement this project.

Following the results of the meeting, the parties agreed to sign a Memorandum of cooperation.
