On July 18, 2022, in Berlin, the Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Germany Omurbek Tekebaev met with the Secretary of State of the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of the Federal Republic of Germany Niels Annen.

During the meeting, topical issues of the Kyrgyz-German financial and technical cooperation, as well as topical issues of the international agenda and interaction in the Central Asian region were discussed.

Ambassador O. Tekebaev noted the positive dynamics of the development of Kyrgyzstan with Germany in the framework of the implementation of various projects in the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of "Health" and "Sustainable Economic Development" and attached particular importance to the implementation of joint projects in the country with the participation of Germany in various areas of mutual interest especially in the field of economics.

State Secretary N. Annen positively noted a wide range of interaction between the two countries over the years of cooperation within the framework of development policy and expressed the readiness of the German side to continue the successful cooperation between Kyrgyzstan and Germany.
