On May 15, 2019, the Embassy of the Kyrgyz Republic to the Republic of Korea accepted the delegation of 18 Kyrgyz teachers, representatives of the Jogorku Kenesh Office and the Ministry of Education and Science of the Kyrgyz Republic, who are in the Republic of Korea under the ICT program - sharing experience and teaching methods. The program was organized by the Education Agency of Jeollanam-do Province, Republic of Korea. The Korean side was attended by representative of the educational agency Jeollanam-do.

On the meeting, the teachers thanked the Korean side for the opportunity to study in South Korea, and also shared their impressions and wishes to the organizers.

Ambassador Dinara Kemelova suggested the Korean side increase the number of programs to several times, and recommended teachers actively use their knowledge in educational programs in Kyrgyz schools.

Such short-term courses for teachers from the Kyrgyz Republic have been held since 2017.
